BOOKING POLICIES:
- Arrive 20 minutes early for rides, and 10 minutes early for Pony Pals. There are no refunds for missed departure/start times.
- Weather forecasts are watched closely. If the weather is not looking promising the day before a booking, you will be contacted by our Booking Office for options available.
